2. General app data
TarotPocket is a learning app for tarot cards, quizzes, daily cards, readings, journaling and astrology content. Where possible, learning progress, settings, journal notes and backup files are processed locally on your device. Data is only sent to us if you actively contact us or if external services are technically required.
3. Website hosting with Cloudflare Pages
This website may be hosted via Cloudflare Pages. When you visit the website, technical access data may be processed, including IP address, date and time of access, browser and operating system information and requested files. Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, provides the hosting infrastructure.
4. Contact by email
If you contact us by email, we process the information contained in your message in order to respond to your request. The legal basis is contract performance where the request relates to app services and legitimate interest for general requests.
5. Local app data
The app may store language, theme, learning progress, streaks, quiz results, journal notes, readings and backup files locally. This data remains on your device unless you export, share or delete it yourself, or use operating system backups.
6. In-app purchases and RevenueCat
TarotPocket uses app store in-app purchases and RevenueCat to manage purchase status, subscriptions and purchase restoration. RevenueCat, Inc., 300 Euclid Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94118, USA, may process technical identifiers, app user identifiers, product and transaction information, platform data, device information and event data to provide and synchronize premium access.
We do not process payment card data. Payments are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store. RevenueCat processing is used to perform the contract and technically manage purchase status. RevenueCat's privacy policy is available at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy/.
7. Advertising with Google AdMob
The app may use Google AdMob to display ads. Depending on consent and device settings, advertising identifiers, IP address, app information, device information and usage events may be processed. You can limit personalized advertising in your device settings.
8. App stores
Google Play or the Apple App Store process data under their own responsibility when you download, update, review or purchase the app.
9. No professional advice
TarotPocket is intended for learning, entertainment and personal reflection. App content does not replace medical, psychological, legal, tax or financial advice.

Für Premium-Funktionen nutzt TarotPocket In-App-Käufe der jeweiligen App-Stores und RevenueCat als Dienst zur Verwaltung von Kaufstatus, Abonnements und Wiederherstellung von Käufen. Anbieter ist RevenueCat, Inc., 300 Euclid Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94118, USA. RevenueCat kann technische Kennungen, App-Benutzerkennungen, Produkt- und Transaktionsinformationen, Plattformdaten, Geräteinformationen und Ereignisdaten verarbeiten, um den Premium-Zugriff bereitzustellen und korrekt zu synchronisieren.
Zahlungsdaten wie Kreditkartennummern werden nicht von uns verarbeitet. Die eigentliche Zahlungsabwicklung erfolgt über Google Play oder den Apple App Store. Die Verarbeitung über RevenueCat erfolgt zur Vertragserfüllung nach Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO und zur technischen Verwaltung des Kaufstatus.
